Day 10

It’s already late and Maxi didn’t say anything so we head for breakfast, more than breakfast was, in fact, brunch. Today we seat at a table next to the “kitchen” and the first view I have are the chilli hanging and I think how strong you must be to be able to eat all of it.

Phó bò comes to the table and orange juice and when we finish eating Maxi calls and we go get her for the coffee.

We go to a coffee shop we had already been and while we stick with our election beverage, Maxi asks for coconut water. The kids run around and play with their police car and Stitch toy. They’re happy, we’re happy and the day is sounding perfect!

At home we rest before dinner. There’s tofu, steamed rice, vegetables, shrimps and beef and some watermelon to keep the peace in our stomach. Carlos is tired and stays at home and Xuan, Maxi, me and the kids head to the park for a little bit of fun before bed.

This park is all decorated only for New Year and besides sculptures and flower arangements which represent the next Chinese year, Snake, there’s also a fun park for the kids with lots of activities and games.

The first thing Thach Tao and Phuc want to do is go and drive mini karts and they’re good but this mini karts are a little bit different from Europe. These work with the battery attached to the kart… just too funny!

Tonight is for the kids so we continue to go to all the fun things and carroussells. Finally, it’s time to go home so we grab a taxi, leave Maxi near her hotel and head to bed.

Night night peeps!
