Day 13

Another complicated night and so the kids stayed at home and we had a homecooked Vietnamese American breakfast.

As yesterday was girls pampering day, today’s girls window shopping day! Lets jump on to the bike, cheat traffic and, before arriving to Parkson center, we buy a very nice helmet for me.

Parkson center is a very fancy mall; well think it like a Harrods but more bright and airy. Expensive brands and beautiful things, after a little walk around we cross the street and enter Vincom center, another gigantic mall and office center.

There’s a floor for each category, each one of them with different stores. We walk around the ladies floor and while entering a store that sells Dr. Martens I fell in love! Yep… IN LOVE!

Then, at the next floor we bought 4 Stichs to Thac Tao and Phuc and I went back to my childwood when I saw Sylvanian Families toys… and My Little Ponys… I had a pretty good childwood without a doubt!

We stop at the Toujours bakery, we eat a little bit and then head back home. It’s too hot as it’s already 3.30 pm so in the way we stop in the middle of the street and buy coconut water right there. Off home, have lunch and rest…

Later we go pick up the photos, order some frames and pay for the New Year’s dragons that will be finished tomorrow.

It seems we’re only sleeping and eating but it’s not true and until you’ve been here you don’t understand the concept. We eat dinner around 7 pm and at 8pm Thach Tao and Phuc go to bed.

I update the bog, watch a TV show and say “hi and bye” to dad! It’s 00.15 amand I have to get up at 6.30 am.
