Day 28

Early rising as Maxi comes for breakfast at 7 am and then leaves for the airport. I make her company and when she finishes breakfast I go get ready so we can leave the kids in school, then have American Vietnamese breakfast and finally drive through HCMC traffic until we arrive school.

Today we’ll learn how to massage the breast and the backside and I have to say it’s a very funny class… in the beginning I don’t understand a sh*t, of course! I just see the teacher doing a couple of weird gestures and then she starts drawing breasts in the white board… now I’m getting it! It’s funny because all these Vietnamese girls and ladies are very shy and talking about breasts and butts are not their cup of tea. So first we learn how to massage breasts and make them smoother and then it’s time for butts… no drawings from the teacher now but I took upon myself to do them so I can remember later what to do.

It’s time for practice and when asked who wants to be the guinea pig, everyone starts giggling… I can’t as I have to draw everything I see and take notes for further study and this is what they look like…

In the end, the first guinea pig takes her shirt and bra, the teacher does the massage in one breast and another classmate in the other and to finalize they cover her breast with a pink moisture and she has to lay there until I don’t know when… she stays and we go for the next guinea pig. No undies and a bare butt looking everyone in the face… they giggle as this guinea pig has a really weird backside, not that I’m an expert but it’s seems like a piece of wood very straight and with no curves… anyway, doesn’t matter for the story. The teacher show us how to massage it and then tells another classmate to practice it… it’s funny to see this shy Vietnamese girls putting their hands to work (with no malicious intent), it’s just a different culture and after a lot of jokes, laughs and giggles it’s time to smooth that butt! Green moisture and waiting time for the guinea pig, for Xuan and me it’s time to head out as we’ve seen enough for one day… =)

Before going home we stop at the frame store to get the frames we order and, of course, as good Vietnamese way, they didn’t know about our frames so after 30 minutes, we go home with the intent of coming back in the evening.

At home we have lunch and while Xuan works and rests for a bit, I see a couple of TV shows until it’s time to pick up the kids at school. After that we leave them at home and it’s time to pick up the frames and go to the supermarket after. This time the frames are waiting for us so it’s time to pay and head home as they’re too heavy to take it with us to the supermarket. Pit stop: frames at home; next stop: supermarket.

We go for food, milk for the kids and a couple of other stuff. As always everyone looks at me as if I’m an alien and don’t understand what I’m doing in the supermarket with Xuan. Back at home, Thach Thao and Phuc had already showered and we take them to the park to play and run a little bit. After a while, a couple of tantrums and many laughs it’s time to head back home for dinner. The kids eat and then it’s our turn and while we eat, Thach Thao and Phuc build a camping site around us. Guess the two of them were in a good mood ‘cause when I ask them to put everything in the right place and to clean everything they dirtied, they do it with no complaints and even with a smile in their face. I love these 2 kids! =)

When they go to bed, Xuan and me grab the motorbike and head to the chai latte place and order our magic coffee chai latte. The kids working there remember me from yesterday night and big smiles and long looks to my tatts after we get our drinks and go home.

It’s bedtime… and after 1 TV show… ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz…

Night night peeps!
