Day 62

First day with 30 years old and I don’t feel anything changed… anyway, I get up and get ready so Xuan and me can take the kids to school. After leaving them we go for breakfast at the lady next to home and then put all the fabrics we bought plus the designs and go to the tailor. I should have taken a picture to how we looked: Xuan driving and between her and me lots of bags with the fabrics and the designs! Ehehehe Too funny! =)

Xuan tells me this tailor is one of the best and one of the cheapest because he works from his home and he doesn’t have the house in a main street. There, I make 2 pairs of trouser for my mum and 2 blouses for me, while Xuan has a couple of trousers made for her and aunt Margarida.

When we finish it’s already lunchtime and in our way back home we’re lighter as there’s no more fabrics neither designs to take with us… or at least it was what I thought! In our way home Xuan stopped by 2 other stores, one to buy carton boxes and another to buy Styrofoam. Of course everything was between Xuan and me… until we realize we couldn’t go home like that because of the police so Xuan rented a transporter motorbike to take the stuff. I spent the all way back checking if the guy was following us or if he had run away with our things.

At home, I put the carton boxes and the Styrofoam next to wall and there’s where the journey stops. =)

Today I’m not going to the salon as it’s already late so we have lunch and I’ll practice my nail art at home.

I spend the all afternoon creating a couple of new designs and, please, don’t think that this doesn’t take time because if I want my drawings to be perfect I need to take time on them!

Xuan picks up the kids without me so when they arrive I’m still immerse in my nail drawing art and Thach Thao comes and ask to have glitter put in her nails. I do it with pleasure, in one hand orange glitter over a white nail polish and in the other light blue glitter over a white nail polish.

Then when I’m starting to put away my nails’ stuff, Chi Mi shows up and asks me to paint her toe nails and even if I’m feeling very very tired I do it. Chi Mi always asks me things I’m not able to do but I try and then when we realize it is really awful, we clean it and choose an easy one. =)

In the meantime, Thach Thao is running around my bedroom with my pink leopard jumper and doing cat noises… she’s such an awesome girl!

It’s time for dinner so we go down. I’m feeling so tired and so sleepy that Xuan, after dinner, orders me to go to bed. I take a quick shower, dress my p-jays and watch a couple of TV shows in the dark until I fall asleep.
