Day 106

Tonight was an awful night; I’ve awake at 1 am, 2 am, 4 am and finally at 6 am. I didn’t rest a bit and I’m moody and sick but I take my shower, get ready and make a smiley face for Thach Thao and Phuc. Carlos left very early today and they couldn’t say bye bye to him so I wanna make them smile. =)

We go to the school and leave them there, after we go order the cakes for the teachers at a Chinese bakery where they also sell… Tchan Tchan Tchan Tchan! Pastéis de nata!

When everything is order we head home and go for breakfast at Lady Bulldog where there are no smiles today, but what’s the surprise?! For all this time I only saw her smiling once and that was when I was trying to pay my breakfast without anyone to help… After breakfast we head home and start making the gifts for Thach Thao and Phuc take to school the next day. It’s tradition that the kids who are leaving school, in this case Thach Thao and Phuc are going to Portugal, take gifts for all their classmates and teachers. So I spend the all morning wrapping packs of milk, yogurt and sweets so they can take tomorrow to school.

Once more, time flies and it’s already lunchtime. Today there’s no meat or fish has it’s baby Buddha’s birthday so there’s tofu fried, cooked and some other way I don’t even know what it is… after lunch I’m back to my wrapping skills and when there’s no more milk, Xuan and me go to the supermarket to buy what we miss. When we’re back I rest for a little bit and it’s already time to go and pick up the kids to school.

Before going to pick them up we stop at the tailor in front of the house to make a couple of questions and then go pick Thach Thao and Phuc up. Today it’s the day Thatch Thao and me are going to the opera house to see a show and she’s vey excited. Xuan leave us both at the opera house and we enter. The place is very beautiful and Thach Thao is very happy to go to the theater.

The show is ok and we have fun. Not worth the 500.000 paid for the ticket but ok…

When the show finishes it’s raining so I put my leopard coat on Thach Thao and we run to the taxi.

At home, she has dinner and so do I and then I go talk with my parents and rest for a bit while is still not time for my cinema session.

Tonight I’ll be watchin’ Fast 6 and I’m very excited… and it’s time! I go out and walk to the cinema, because the premiere is only tomorrow the cinema employees take the mobile phones to everyone and then you can enter the room.

I have a very good time, many many laughs, a couple of unreal stuff but above all I loved the movie.

I guess The Fast and The Furious movies are my guilty pleasure and what can you ask more when you have Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez in the same screen?!?! Maybe you can ask for Jason Statham and that really happen! =) can’t wait for Fast 7!

It’s 11.20 pm and the movie has finished. I head back home and everyone is already asleep. I don’t take a shower; I just dress the p-jays and go to sleep. It’s late; tomorrow I have to get up early and right now, even if I’m very excited with the movie, I know it’s time to rest my eyelids!
